The Bonnagar advisers are led by Dr. Brent Nixon, who is versed in nearly every aspect of infrastructure development and organizational leadership. He is Emeritus Chief Executive of a world-renowned construction materials testing lab and consultancy. As turn-around President & CEO, Dr. Nixon dramatically improved that firm’s operational capabilities and employees’ morale, all while delivering the most profitable years in its history. He has also served on several corporate and not-for-profit boards, as well as the editorial board of a refereed environmental policy journal.
As a young lieutenant in the US Air Force, Dr. Nixon planned, programmed and directed facility construction at Tonopah Test Range NV for the F-117A “Stealth Fighter.” His later Air Force assignments included managing several other classified facility programs; directing the environmental remediation of 29 USAF bases closed under BRAC; and appointments as Associate Professor, Academic Department Chair, and Interim Associate Dean of the AFIT Graduate School. Upon his Air Force retirement, Dr. Nixon also served as a Director and Vice President of a privately held design-build, environmental and disaster response company.
Each Bonnagar team member brings decades of experience, insights and mastery in one or more other business and technical disciplines.
